As a Professional Carer, you are responsible for providing high quality personalised care, to all Cera Care service users in their homes. Your care intervention is in line with the Clients care plans and requirements at all times, including Cera Care policies, procedures and service level agreements connected to quality care delivery. Our care services aim to promote and enable client independence and choice as much as possible, in the familiarity of their own home.
Our care services are delivered in a confidential, respectful and personalised manner, which encourages client choice and involvement in the care you provide, which is always in line with our core care principles of integrity, respect and accountability. Whilst the care you provided will not include tasks usually undertaken by qualified Nurses, you will be required to provide hands on personal, domestic and social care and support in line with the clients care plan requirements.
This is done in a professional, empathetic and caring manner ensuring the physical, emotional and social needs of the individual are met. - Indirect Reports: None
- Responsibility: Branch- however you may be required to work from other locations at
the discretion of the Company and with appropriate notice. - Hours and Working Pattern: Full or Part time Hours over a 7 Day Week, including evenings and weekends
